7 Months!

Sierra and Luke are 7 months old today. They are both crawling (Sierra is a bit faster than Luke), sitting up, babbling, and both got their first tooth last week. They both LOVE Isaiah's toys, which has been a bit of a challenge since he's not so keen on sharing with them. Sierra loves walks, books, 'wrestling' with Daddy, and being held. Luke loves walks, Isaiah's trucks, being scared by Daddy, and food.

Doctors Appointments

All three of the kids had their check-ups yesterday; Sierra and Luke 6 month and Isaiah 3 year.  It was a long appointment, but the kids did better than expected. They are all doing good and growing well. Isaiah was 39.5 inches tall (86%) and 35 lbs (79%). Sierra was 27 inches tall (80%) and 15lbs 14oz (40%). Luke was 27.5 inches tall (72%) and 20 lbs. (84%). Isaiah had some more blood work done and is still suffering from a lot of food allergies...we even added some (the new list is wheat, gluten, egg, peanuts, walnuts, soy, and shrimp). The tests also showed that he is extremely allergic to dust mites, and has allergies to cats and dogs. Poor kid. Next step is to meet with an allergist to discuss the food allergies and make further plans. Sierra's growth the last couple of months has been great and we are happy to see her up in the 40% for weight. She is still suffering from eczema and we are thinking it might be some of the same issues as Isaiah. Luke is still the big boy and so far is clear of eczema.

Pictures...

...from the last couple weeks.

Twins had their first food-avocado. They both did good and seemed to like it.

Both of the twins were pretty fussy last night and neither wanted to be in the stroller, so I tried out the double carry and it worked pretty good. Next time I would put Luke on my back and Sierra in front.
